About Me
Hi, I’m Katherine!
If you looked at my résumé, you might not be particularly impressed—but that’s not what defines me. I am a strong mother, a role model to my beautiful children, a business owner, and a wife in a wonderful marriage. More importantly, I’ve learned how to manage finances in a way that has allowed my family to truly live, rather than just survive. And if you’re here, I have a feeling you might be a lot like me—juggling the daily demands of raising kids and running a household, all while chasing dreams of something more.
Motherhood has been my greatest teacher. I’ve spent years raising children, researching child development, and refining my parenting skills through both successes and mistakes. But my journey hasn’t always been easy. I grew up without a real mother figure to guide me, leaving me searching for answers when I became a mom myself. That experience shaped me, and it’s why I’m so passionate about sharing what I’ve learned with other moms who might feel lost, overwhelmed, or simply in need of support.
One of my greatest passions is woodworking. There’s something incredibly fulfilling about taking a rough piece of wood and shaping it into something both beautiful and functional. Just like motherhood, woodworking requires patience, vision, and a willingness to embrace imperfections. I especially love crafting unique walnut tic-tac-toe boards and stunning charcuterie boards—each one with its own character, just like the families who gather around them. I’ve come to see woodworking as more than a craft; it’s a reminder that the most meaningful things in life are the ones we create with our own hands, through love, care, and intention.
Woodworking has also taught me resilience. There are times when a piece doesn’t turn out the way I envisioned, but instead of giving up, I adjust, sand it down, and find a new way forward. That lesson applies to so many areas of life—especially motherhood and business. We don’t always get it right on the first try, but with a little patience and determination, we can create something truly extraordinary.
I believe that motherhood, while exhausting and difficult, is also incredibly beautiful and rewarding. I love helping other moms find joy in the little moments and confidence in their own abilities. Whether it’s parenting, business, or even learning a new skill like woodworking, I want to be a resource and inspiration to help you create a life that excites you every single day.
