Child's Chair

Here is a hand made small child's chair or child's booster seat as some may call it.
I built it when my 2nd son was two and now my youngest daughter uses it. The child's chair has served its purpose well.

I brushed on three coats of clear gloss polyurethane to protect the pine wood from liquids and make for easy cleaning. I had no plans.

I measured my child's width and the distance from his back to where his knees bent when sitting, and this is what I ended up with.

Made of Solid Pine with a clear coat of polyurethane to enable easy cleanup of child's booster seat.

The chair fits easily into a dinning chair.

There is a slit cut into each side so a belt can be used to secure the  child's chair.
