Birdhouse

Birdhouses are a great way to add to your outdoor decor and serve a useful purpose by giving birds in your area shelter. Birdhouses and feeders you can buy or get plans and build yourself

I made this birdhouse to accommodate 6 bird families and mounted it on an old satellite pipe. It has a shingle roof and hand painted vines and flowers. There are two more holes on the other side. I have made so many thing and never took pictures or not enough of them. If you are interested in plans or purchasing please contact us.

A birdfeeder such as this one is an easy project and is really neat when it's full of eating birds. It has a shingle roof and is made of 3/4 inch plywood with a 4x4 stand.

Here is another easy woodworking project. This birdhouse has a steep roof almost looks like an A frame house.

As you can see the flowers and vines go all around the house. Both the red and the white birdhouses where made with 1/2 inch plywood.

The painted vines and flowers show up better with a white background. I put two nails on each side near the back of the birdhouse to act like hinges and if you remove a screw right under the wooden peg the bottom tilts down for cleaning.
