Refinished China Cabinet

The customer said she wanted it refinished but did not think furniture refinishing could help the old china cabinet and to do what I could. She didn't have much hope in it since door was ruined from water damage after it fell of and was stored in her garage.

The old antique china cabinet needed help. The door was left sitting on the garage floor and got wet. Some of the veneer had fallen off and was lost. I repaied it before I started the refinish.
I replaced the lost veneer before stripping the finish.
The original finish was in rough shape. There were a few other spots the veneer was bubbling up. I used a needle to inject the glue where needed.
I used an ebony stain on all the trim. The flash from the camera makes it look a lot lighter than it really is.
Refinish completed.
